Service Scope
From test separator to production report — an integrated package for well testing and field production support.
Test-Separator Packages
Two-phase and three-phase horizontal separators designed for the full range of gas/oil ratios. On-skid packages include separator vessel, instrumentation, control devices, piping, hoses and fittings for safe and continuous operation.
Manifolds
Design, fabrication and installation of production manifolds. Gharib Gulf has fabricated 6-slot manifolds for Petroleum Development Services (PDS) to full API standard, including RT, PT, hydrotesting, sandblasting and painting.
Pumps & Transfer Systems
Supply, installation and maintenance of transfer pumps as part of well testing and early production facility packages. Pump sizing is determined by operating data and production volume requirements.
Storage Tanks
Fabrication of storage tanks to API standard. Scope includes detailed engineering, WPS & PQR, NDE/NDT procedures (VT, RT, PT), hydrotesting, sandblasting, painting and full documentation. Gharib Gulf has fabricated stock tanks for Petroleum Development Services (PDS) at Ras Gharib Yard.
Field Operation & Maintenance
On-site operation and maintenance of well testing packages on a rental/call-out basis. Services include separator maintenance, SDV and PSV maintenance, instrument calibration, and full commissioning and start-up support.
Oil / Gas / Water Measurement
Liquid and gas flow meters supplied and installed on test separators. Oil production tracked via hourly tank gauge readings (barrels). Gas flow calculated using orifice differential pressure: Q = C × hw × P_static. Water production monitored through three-phase separation instrumentation.
Pressure & Temperature Monitoring
Hourly monitoring of separator pressure (PSI) and manifold pressure (PSI) alongside separator and manifold temperatures (°F). Instrumentation includes PSHH, PSLL, LG, LIC, PCVs, LCVs, level switches and local shutdown panels (SDP).
Production Calculations & Reporting
Structured well test reports capturing hourly data: orifice size, oil reading (barrels), separator and manifold temperature and pressure. Gas calculation section includes C constant (from lab analysis), differential pressure hw, static pressure, and computed daily flow rate (SCFD). Bilingual reporting available.
Complete EPF Packages
Gharib Gulf delivers complete Early Production Facility packages from system calculations and selection through installation, commissioning and maintenance. Process flow: Wellhead → Indirect Heater → 3-Phase Separator → Crude Export Pumps → Loading & Shipping Line.
Scope 2 — Low Water / Heating Required
For fields with low water production where heating is needed to meet pour point and shipping specifications.

Well Testing Package — Rental / Call-out basis. K-field and H-field operations. Documented well test data includes Well H-2 (16 Jan 2007): oil production tracked hourly from 10,146 to 10,384 barrels; gas flow rate calculated at 5,942 SCFD using orifice differential pressure method.
Routine and Non-Routine Valves Maintenance (Onshore) — supporting production continuity across West Bakr field infrastructure.
Well Testing Package — Rental / Call-out basis. Continued field support under framework contract.
